Yay, Loving Day!

Happy Loving Day, everybody! Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Loving v. Virginia Supreme Court decision legalizing interracial marriage. Before 1967, my marriage to Paul would've been illegal in sixteen states, including our own. So here's to Mildred and Richard Loving, and here's to the hope that someday soon, everyone will be able to legally marry the person they love.
