Devices For Spies With Vices

Allison and I saw the Besnard Lakes and Peter Bjorn & John last night. The Besnard Lakes Are the Dark Horse is one of my favorite albums of the year and they did not disappoint. They rocked out seven songs from the eight track album. I really think they won over anyone that had not heard them before. Peter Bjorn & John were entertaining in a whole different since. They were fun, but someone should tell Peter to start wearing shirts that fit him better. He's developing quite the rockstar gut. Overall, this was one of the best shows that I've seen in sometime.

"I'll Play It Back Everyday"

The Besnard Lakes record, The Besnard Lakes are the Dark Horse, is probably the best album I've bought all year. It's eight tracks of warm-toned, mindblowing, space rock with '60s left coast harmonies. The song "For Agent 13" continues to kick my ass severely everytime I listen to it; especially the ending.
